🏄♂️ No-Worries Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Whether it’s a minor defect, a change of mind, or just not the right fit, we’ve got you covered.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition.

Tags attached and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase(e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept worn swimwear (as our shorts have a liner).
- Email us at sales@thirstythreads.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with quick instructions and the return address.
- Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Tip: If there’s a fault or damage, include a photo so we can sort it even faster.
- Change of mind / size exchanges: customer covers return postage.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover return shipping (or reimburse reasonable costs).
Use tracked postage where possible — we can’t take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
The fastest way to swap sizes or colours is to:
- Order the new size/colour online straight away (so it doesn’t sell out).
- Return your original item for a full refund once we receive it.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to finalise the transaction.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at sales@thirstythreads.com.au.
We take quality seriously. If your order isn’t perfect, email sales@thirstythreads.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A couple of clear photos
We’ll replace or refund it as quickly as possible — no extra cost to you.
We’re stoked to be shipping Thirsty Threads worldwide 🌏 — but please note that all international orders are final sale.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders sent outside Australia, as international shipping costs and duties make it impractical to process returns.
If there’s an issue with your order (for example, the wrong item was sent or the product arrives damaged), get in touch within 7 days of delivery. We’ll always do our best to make it right.
