Shipping and Delivery

All Thirsty Threads orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia.

We currently ship to:

• Australia

• New Zealand

• United States

• United Kingdom

• Singapore

Order Processing

We know you want your Thirsty’s fast!

Orders placed before 2 pm AEST, Monday to Friday, are generally dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 2 pm, on weekends or on Queensland public holidays will generally be dispatched the next business day.

Dispatch may take a little longer during major sales, product launches and peak holiday periods.

Australia

• Standard shipping: A$8 for a one-item order

• Free standard shipping: When you purchase two or more items

• Express shipping: A$15

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard: 2–8 business days

• Express: 1–4 business days

Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Express shipping remains A$15.

New Zealand

• Standard International: NZ$20 for orders under NZ$150

• Free Standard International: Orders of NZ$150 or more

• Express: NZ$30

Estimated Standard International delivery time is 6–27 business days after dispatch.

United States

• Standard International: US$20 for orders under US$100

• Free Standard International: Orders of US$100 or more

Estimated delivery time is 6–27 business days after dispatch.

United Kingdom

• Standard International: £15 for orders under £75

• Free Standard International: Orders of £75 or more

Estimated delivery time is 6–27 business days after dispatch.

Singapore

• Standard International: S$30 for orders under S$150

• Free Standard International: Orders of S$150 or more

Estimated delivery time is 6–27 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times can vary depending on your location, the selected shipping method, carrier delays, customs processing, weather disruptions and peak delivery periods.

Express shipping speeds up the carrier’s delivery service but does not change our order-processing cutoff.

The final shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after your parcel has been collected.

Please check your junk or spam folder if you haven’t received your shipping confirmation.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or your parcel appears to be missing, email sales@thirstythreads.com.au with your order number.

We’ll help investigate the delivery with the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact sales@thirstythreads.com.au as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, or because it wasn’t collected, additional postage may apply before it can be sent again.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges aren’t collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility. Thirsty Threads does not control these charges or determine their amount.

We recommend checking your local customs requirements before ordering.

International Returns

Our voluntary change-of-mind returns and exchanges are available only for orders delivered within Australia.

This does not affect any rights you may have if an international order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for the complete terms.
