We know you want your Thirstys fast! Orders placed before midday are usually dispatched the same day (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays are sent the next business day.

All orders ship from Brisbane, Australia. Delivery times are quoted in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Australia

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days — FREE for orders over A$100, or A$10 for orders under A$100.
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days — A$15 flat rate.

New Zealand

• Standard International: 5–12 business days — NZ$20, FREE for orders over NZ$150.
• Express: 3–6 business days — NZ$30 flat rate.

United Kingdom / Europe

• Standard International: 8–15 business days — £15 for orders under £75, FREE for orders £75+.

United States

• Standard International: 7–12 business days — US$20 for orders under US$100, FREE for orders US$100+.

Singapore

• Standard International: 6–10 business days — S$30 for orders under S$150, FREE for orders S$150+.

Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEST usually dispatch the same business day (next business day during peak periods). Rural/remote addresses may add 1–2 business days. Customs inspections or seasonal carrier backlogs can extend delivery times.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your parcel seems delayed or hasn’t arrived, please contact us at sales@thirstythreads.com.au with your order number. We’ll help track it down and make it right.

Please double-check your address details before completing your order. We can’t take responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address, but if your order is returned to us, we’ll happily resend it (additional postage may apply).

International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, or customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

We’re stoked to ship Thirsty Threads worldwide 🌏 — but please note that all international orders are final sale. Due to international freight costs and duties, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside Australia.

If your international order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@thirstythreads.com.au with photos and your order number — we’ll do our best to make it right.
